Clear and simple: our Pro membership is a digital service and contributions support the community, so payments are non-refundable.

CyberStrategiX "Pro" is a digital membership that grants immediate access to online tools, and any amount paid is also a voluntary contribution that supports the running of the website and the community. Because access is delivered instantly and the funds go toward running costs, all payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for Pro memberships or contributions, in full or in part, including for unused time.
Memberships do not auto-renew. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel — your Pro access simply continues until its expiry date and then ends. If you do not wish to continue, you can simply choose not to renew. You may stop using the service at any time.
Prices are shown on the Pro page (from ₹50 for 6 months, or the equivalent in supported currencies). For international payments, your bank performs any currency conversion; settlement to us is in INR. Applicable taxes/fees may apply.
If a payment fails but you were charged, or you were charged more than once for the same membership in error, contact us and we will investigate and correct any genuine error.
