These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of cyberstrategix.in and its content, tools and features (the "Site"), operated by CyberStrategiX ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Educational purpose

The Site provides cyber security news, awareness guides, learning content and interactive tools for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, financial or security consulting advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or its tools for any unlawful purpose or to attack, test or access systems you do not own or have permission to test.
• Disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, or attempt to bypass the security of the Site.
• Reproduce, resell or redistribute our content without permission, except as allowed by law.

You are solely responsible for how you use any information or tools provided here.

3. Tools disclaimer

The password, breach, phishing-link and encoding tools are heuristic, client-side aids. They may produce incomplete or inaccurate results and offer no guarantee of safety. Never make security decisions solely on their output, and never enter real passwords you actively use.

4. Intellectual property & trademark

The "CyberStrategiX"™ name and logo are trademarks of the Site's operator. The Site's original text, design and graphics are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Third-party names, logos, news headlines, job listings and videos belong to their respective owners and are shown under their terms or fair-use/linking principles; we claim no ownership of them.

5. Third-party content and links

The Site aggregates and links to third-party content (news, vulnerabilities, jobs, videos, products). We do not control and are not responsible for that content, its accuracy, or the practices of external sites you visit.

6. Affiliate links

7. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberStrategiX and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, its tools, or third-party content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyberStrategiX from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts located in India shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
